The Stella Standard is a 100-point show quality audit protocol — "parking lot to parking lot." It examines every touchpoint of a live production: pre-arrival marketing, venue arrival, lobby and F&B, technical systems, cast readiness, artistic consistency, safety, and post-show experience. Each check is rated Pass, Action Required, or Critical Fail. Every audit delivers a full written report, a critical issues summary, a 30/60/90 day action plan, and department-specific briefings.
